Our Exterior Maintenance Programs are custom tailored to accommodate the unique needs of Property Management Companies and they accomplish three things:
- All minor repairs are set at a guaranteed rate on a Time and Materials basis and includes before, during and after photo documentation. On major repairs, we provide a written estimate for your approval, including photo documentation, before commencing work.
- Priority service call scheduling
- Priority service in the event of an emergency
